"Redirecting Children’s Behavior"

"Redirecting Children's Behavior" is a powerful course designed to help you create the family of your dreams. Would you like more cooperation and support? If you answered yes, then this class is for you.

"Redirecting Children's Behavior" is strongly influenced by the work of Rudolf Dreikurs, MD., author of the highly acclaimed book "Children: The Challenge". The course was developed by Kathryn Kvols.

All "Redirecting Children's Behavior" instructors are certified by the International Network for Children and Families. INCAF is one of the only originations that require their instructors to get their cert and maintain their certification through continuing education.

The Class

Five weekly classes are held for a total of 15 hours of instruction. This allows adequate time to practice and master the concepts. Weekly goals are set by each participant. Challenges and successes are shared in a warm supportive environment.

FREE Introductory Workshop

Pertinent topics are addressed in workshops in short workshop to provide you with an opportunity to learn and a chance to meet your instructor in advance. Topics include power struggles, homework struggles, getting kids to help with chores, building self-esteem, etc.

High Conflict Divorce Resolution

This program offers strategies for effective communication and negotiation for families experiencing a divorce involving high conflict. It requires that only one parent understand and implement the strategies we teach. Even with changes incorporated by one parent, conflict can be stopped.

Family Support Seminars

Research has shown that parents who receive follow up support after taking a parenting course make long lasting changes. These seminars are designed for parents who have taken RCB. The seminars occur once a month and enhance the principles learned in RCB. Several of the sessions include the whole family.
